Include a fast scan button - This software is still scanning my system after 85minutes with no indication as to when it will be done scanning
It hasn't even started on the broken shortcuts, Internet clutter, Cookies, Privacy Items, Invalid registry keys and recycle bin.

You would need to exclude some drives for the "WinJunk Cleaner" - by default it scans all drives and there is no such thing as a "fast scan" when the program still has to visit every file, in every folder, on every drive to check if the file extension is on the "kill list".
