Create a comparison chart of all known cleaners of this sort for example The Cleaner, Win Patrol, Garbage Finder etc. The user could then compare to see which is the best for their needs.

I'd rather see an independent user create such a comparison. Software marketers are renowned for feature check lists that exclude items their product doesn't have and promotes the feature boxes that make their product look good. Any such review would need to be unbiased - which really excludes anyone with a financial stake in what such a chart reveals.
