Please... go look at the program... The "Undo" feature really looks quite good.
Unless you are talking about "Data Recovery Tools" in which case - I'd go looking elsewhere for a trusted alternative. Let WinCleaner handle "deleting the files" - and other specialists handle data recovery (eg. Piriform Recuva is quite good).
